Deric Garcia has been involved in real estate in Henry County since 1996. His prior experience working for a home builder lends him some unique insight in the mortgage industry. Deric has both a BBA (University of Georgia) and a MBA (Georgia State) in Finance. After settling in Henry County in 1994, he and his wife, Julie, became active members at McDonough Presbyterian Church. Deric is involved in Senior/Junior High programs, while Julie leads the bible and music program at McDonough Presbyterian Children's Academy. They have two daughters, Haley and Lauren.
